Social Media needs an I-Care button
Anyone else out there have hundreds of ‘friends’, ‘fans’ or ‘followers’ on their social-site lists? yes, me too.
I’d like to have the ability to set only some of them, those with something important to say, as people I care about, people I want to really focus on and be actively involved with.
This doesn’t mean I want to ignore everyone else, just there are some people who I actually care about what they have to say, and I’d like to be able to prioritise them as such :)

On Twitter you can put them in a list, then use a program like Tweetdeck to display that list in it’s own colomn. You can even set it to notify you (pop-up, noise) if someone from that list posts.
